Animal prints, whether you consider them a neutral or statement piece is here to stay. If you have been following me for a while, you would know I have a penchant for edgy and statement making ensembles. Needless to say, I also love budget friendly pieces that never break the bank. Thankfully, I have partnered with my friends at Walmart to show you some budget friendly ways to mix up animal prints.

Accessorize with a bag to mix up the prints.

Snake print, zebra print and leopard are easy to mix and match especially when you focus on accessories like shoes and bags. Like I did in this photo, pair an animal print top with a solid color, then add on the bag (or shoe) in a different print for an easy mix.

Be sure to ground your entire look with similar color palettes so it doesn’t clash. Two colors would be ideal.

Mix Major Animal Prints in your outfit

I call this my go big or go home look. Focusing on the major players of my outfit, like a top and bottom or in this case, a dress and long-line cardigan. This is NOT for the meek of heart, because you WILL get noticed. However, I find an easy way to mix huge prints like this is to stick with a similar color palette. This purple shade is so unexpected and fun. All of these pieces are from Walmart and can obviously be styled separately as well.
